Moving from ePortal/Facility to VSWARE
Facility to VSWARE move
If your school moves from Facility to VSWARE we will need to change the borrower cardnumber in Scooter from the Facility structure to the VSWARE structure.
This will ensure that future student record uploads work correctly.
Fortunately, as part of the change process, VSWARE keeps both numbers.
All you need to do is to create a list of the old and new numbers and send them to support@interleaf.ie and we will make the change on Scooter for you.
This information can be extracted from VSWare from the export screen in the following location: Settings > Export.
Here you can drag and drop the required fields from the left column into the right column and they will be included in the report.
The old facility ID is 'LocalId' and the VSWARE ID is 'LearnerPersonalId'.
Then save the data and send it to us.
