Add Holiday Dates
The library’s standard opening hours are set in PC Reservation, however to prevent borrowers making bookings for
Bank Holidays and non-standard closed dates etc. these need be be set manually.
These are called “holiday days” in PC Reservation.
It is recommended these dates are set at the beginning of each year or at the earliest known time.
The set these holiday days click on Configure > Holiday Records:
Click Add:
We recommend you enter the closed date as both the description and the date as it is the description that displays in the list, not the date:
Click OK and continue to add all the closed dates for the year:
Click finish when all dates have been added.
