Installing a PC Reservation Client


Install PC Reservation Client


To install a PC Reservation client you will first need to know the version required, to find the compatible version go to the Management Console and click on Help > About and look for the current version. 













The client installer will normally be in an Interleaf folder on the Management Consoles ā€œCā€ drive.

Look for the file called InstallPCResClient4.4.X.XXXXX.exe (where the X reprecents the current running verison and release).


Copy this file to a memory stick or you can use the UNC Path from the client if you are familiar with this.


Run the client on the new public PC and click Next.
















Accept the License Agreement and click Next:



Select install destination folder (Usually default location) and click Next:



Enter the IP address of the Management Console, the Service Auto-discovery ports are normally left as default (confirm with Interleaf if unsure) and click install:


When the installation has complete click finish and the client will automatically launch and should connect to the Management Console.
