Change Computer Use Policy to Web Document
To Change the Computer Use Policy that a user must accept after logging into a client to a document on a Website, open “PC Reservation Management Service Console” on the Management Console desktop.

Locate 
And update it with the full URL location of the new document 
Then scroll to the bottom of “PC Reservation Management Service Console” and click Submit.
