Changes to Frameworks Request Form
To enable the support desk help you change or create a new framework, please use the following form when requesting changes to frameworks.
Log a ticket on Vtiger to start the process, attaching the completed form to the ticket. The framework will be created and amended based on the description supplied in this form.
All framework changes are P4 tickets.
All frameworks will be placed on the library’s staging server for testing and confirmation by the requesting Library
The framework will be transferred to production on sign-off by the Library.
Any additional changes to this framework outside of the original case and request form will need to be requested via a new ticket and new request form.
