Claims:
Koha can send claim emails to your serials vendors for late issues. Go to Serials and select Claims. If you have more than one serials vendor you will be asked to select the vendor from a dropdown list.
Click OK and all late issues will be listed. If there are lots of late issues you can use the date filter at the top of the window to focus on the period you are interested in.
Just tick one or more issues that you want to claim and click the Send notification button.
When the claimed issues arrive in the library you just receive them in the normal way, Serial Receive. with any other issues you receive. There is no need to return to the Claims screen, received issues will be removed from the list automatically.
