Clearing old ILL requests
When you have completed an ILL request the details remain in the list of ILL requests for reference and statistics. New requests all appear at the top of the list so you can ignore the old requests. There is no way to delete old requests within Koha at the moment so if you would like to clear them from your system, please contact Interleaf Technology and we can delete them manually.
If you want to restart the numbering sequence we can do that too, just submit a support request.
