How can I delete Book Rental items which are checked out?
Sometimes the school will decide to replace books on the reading lists. If you allow current users to retain the books for personal use and just want to delete the bibliographic records and all items, follow these steps.
Search for the bibliographic record
2. Select Edit, then Edit items in a batch
3. Scroll down through the list of items and under Edit items, click the dropdown beside
1 - Lost status and select the option To Be Deleted, then click Save
.
4. Click on the option Return to the record
5. Select Edit, then Delete all items
6. You will be asked Are you sure you want to delete the 12 attached items?
7 Click OK
8. Select Edit, then Delete record
9. You will be asked Are you sure you want to delete this record?
10 Click OK
