How to set predefined fields in a patron form to match their guarantor

It is possible to set the content in specified fields on the guarantee's account to match the content in the guarantor's account.

How to enable the system preference

Go to Koha administration > Global System Preference and search for PrefilllGuaranteeField.

A system preference of the same name will appear.

This system preference can be set so that content from the selected fields on the guarantor's account will be added to the newly created guarantee account.

This system preference contains a list of different fields that will be copied from the guarantor's account to the guarantee's account. 

Click the box to the left hand side of the field that should be matched on the guarantor/guarantee accounts and click Save all Patrons preferences.

Example:

Go to the patron account who will be named as the guarantor for the guarantee and click the +Add guarantee button.

This will generate the add patron form, but the guarantor will already be identified and the content from the fields on their accountm, identified in the PrefilllGuaranteeField system preference will be present

If the borrowerRelationship system preference has been enabled, the relationship between the guarantor and guarantee will need to be defined.
