How to export the holdings table on a record as an Excel spreadsheet

This document will outline how the details of the items attached to a bibliographic record can be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.

To find the table holding item records for a title use the search box at the top of the homepage. Make sure the "Search catalog" option is selected before you start the search. You can search by title, isbn or a barcode on a specific book that has already been returned.

On the record page, scroll down to the Holdings table.

Click the Export button at the top of the Holdings table.
This will generate a dropdown menu of options.

Select Excel so it will download as an Excel spreadsheet.

The table will download as an Excel spreadsheet automatically and you will be able to open it in Excel and edit it from there.
