How to limit the catalogue search by branch on the staff side of Koha
This document will outline how to enable a pulldown option for the catalogue search on the staff side of Koha which will show all branches on the system.
Navigate to the IntranetAddMastheadLibraryPulldown system preference
Go to Koha administration > System Preferences and search for IntranetAddMastheadLibraryPulldown.
This will open a system preference of the same name.
Set the system preference to Show a library select pulldown menu on the staff header search and click Save all Staff interface preferences.
Appearance on the staff catalogue search
Go to the Search catalog function across the top of the homepage on the staff side of Koha and click the three lines within the search box. Make sure the Search catalog function is underlined in white.
This will create a dropdown menu.
The branches will appear as a dropdown menu under the Library.
