Office Hours - Time for a catchup?





Introduction

We offer a variety of support options which include various seminars and workshops throughout the year. We are rolling out a new approach to support which we are calling Office Hours. Read on to find out more about this resource and how you can be a part of it. 

What are office hours?

Throughout the year we will be offering one to one intensive sessions with a Koha expert from our staff. You can come with a specific question or  a general interest in an area of the system you haven't had a chance to explore yet. In these bitesize events, we can address any quick questions you may have and introduce you to new ideas that you can then decide if you want to pursue further. 

Why are we doing this?

The aim of these office hours sessions is to provide something more personalised than a simple phone call or email exchange without the time commitment of a full training session. We are always available for an off the cuff call, but by providing the opportunity to schedule in a time for a short catchup, we hope to allow people to better structure their workday. We also want to support the many different learning styles and availability our clients have, so we are always striving to provide learning opportunities of different lengths and formats.

When are they happening?

There are currently no sessions planned in the coming weeks but we scheduled them throughout the year, so checkback for any updates.
