How to check what version of Koha your system is on
Koha is an open source library management system, which means new functions and features are often added to the system. These functions and features are included in newer releases of the program and as such, from time to time, a system will be upgraded to reflect these changes. Knowing what version of the site your library is on can be important for diagnosing and suggesting solutions to issues raised about Koha. If a function or feature does not appear to be working, it may be because it is not available on certain versions of Koha and the solution may be to upgrade to a newer version. This is particularly important when researching issues on Bugzilla because any solutions added there will include information about which versions of Koha said solution will appear on.
How to find the version of Koha the system is on
Login and navigate to the homepage.
Click the More link in the upper left hand corner.
This will create a dropdown menu.
Click About Koha at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
This will bring you to a page with details about the system.
Under Server information find the line called Koha version.
The number on this line is the release version of your site.
