Mark PC as Out Of Service

If there is an issue with a PC that your IT need to look at or the PC is missing, to prevent this PC being reserved you can mark it “Out of service”.

Choose “View PC Statuts in the top center of the Management Console.

In here you will be prompted with a list of PCs that are in use, available, offline or in extra time.

Choose the PC from the list and then tick the “Out of Service” box on the right and click finished.
