Override Default Session Length


If a user is looking for a longer or shorter session than the default you select “Make Reservation” option at the top left of the Management Console as normal.













In here you will be prompted with criteria to fill in regarding the reservation

Details to fill in.

  • Enter the Library Card number of the user

  • Tick the “Override Session Length” and use the arrows up or down to set the required session length.

  • You can choose to assign the next available PC or a specific time in the future to book a PC.

  • If you wish to reserve a specific PC, then tick the box labeled “Reserve a Specific PC” and then choose that PC in the dropdown below it.


When these are filled in, choose “Make reservation” to create the reservation.


Please note you will only be able to make a booking up until your closing time so please consider this when making extra long reservations.
