Problems Exporting Bibliographic Records

If you are exporting a batch of bibliographic records and notice that bibliographic records which have no items attached are not exported, you need to check all of the item related questions on the export window.  Even though you may have ticked the option 

Don’t export item records, the system will still apply other checks to the bibliographic records before exporting.

It is especially important to check that there is nothing selected for 

With items owned by the following libraries:

even when you only have one library location.
