Restart JQE



If you receive the following on the Management console, or the printers are not available on the  clients follow these steps to restart the LPT:One Job Queue Engine:




Click the start button and type “services.msc”, right click on the "Services" App and click "Run as Administrator"













Services will open, scroll down to LPT:One Job Queue Engine




Select LPT:One Job Queue Engine and the click on start:



The Print Release terminal should now open and the printers will be available on the clients.
