Send User Direct Message


Send a Message through PCRes


To send a message through PCRes, start by clicking “View PC Status” at the top of the Management Console.


In here you will be prompted with a list of your PCs and their current status.


If you select the PC you want to send a message to, then choose “Send Message” on the right side. You will be prompted with a new message box.




Then in here, you can type the message you want to send to the user (example: “Please keep the noise down”) and click send.

At the bottom of this window you also have a tickable box “Send to all active sessions”. Choosing this will allow you to send the message to everyone who is using PCRes at that time.

(example: “Library will need to close early today”)
