Start a Teamviewer 11 Quick Support Session
Start a Teamviewer 11 Quick Support Session
If you are having local issues on your PC that would be easier resolved by Interleaf connecting directly onto your PC to see the issue first hand, then starting a Teamviewer QuickSupport session would be the best solution.
Start by opening your browser (e.g. chrome / firefox / internet explorer ). In the address bar at the top of the browser (not the google search box) . Go to http://teamviewer.interleaf.ie/ and hit Enter.
This should automatically start a download of TeamViewerQS.exe. When this download finished, run this file and you will get a box appear on the screen displaying a 9-10 digit ID and a 4 digit PIN.
If you leave this box on the screen and let Interleaf know the ID and PIN then we can remotely connect to the PC to see the issue as it’s happening.
It gives us full remote control of your PC so remember to close any applications you do not want us to see (email, financial applications etc)
