How to check for expiring subscriptions:

To check for subscriptions which are due to expire and decide whether to renew, Koha provides a report with an option to renew subscriptions.

Go to Serials, Check Expiration to list all the expiring subscriptions.  You can check individual titles but a very useful filter is to search by date:
