Transfer Member Credit for Lost Cards


To Transfer members credit for lost cards you open the User Account Manager on the Management Console:



Enter the password <ask Interleaf Support if you do not know this>.


Then on Sierra get the users old card number and enter it as the User ID:


The Users current Deposit Account Balance is displayed, make a note of this and enter the amount in the Amount field, click Remove Value and the User balance will be €0.00 for that card.





Get the User to create a new AAM account by selecting Top up their account on the kiosk and scan their new card, once they get the option to topup the account it has been created and they can cancel the transaction.


You can then scan or enter their new card number on the User Account Manager and enter the value from their old card in the Amount field and click Add Value:



The Users account will now have the value transferred:
