Zoho Desk: Password Reset

Zoho Desk: How to change your email address in Zoho Customer Portal.

  1. Sign in to Zoho Portal with your current email address and password. 
  2. Click on the user profile, 
  3. Edit Profile
  4. Update email address
            Please see the screenshot below for your reference.

Once the email address has been changed, you should receive a verification email. When the email address has been verified, the changed email address will reflect under your Zoho Desk Setup->Channels->Help Center->Users.
