Zoho Desk: Password Reset

Click on Sign In
Select forgot password
Enter users email address
Enter the word seen in the security image
Click on submit to have the password reset link sent to the customer.
Validate reset emails are being sent correctly from Zoho by using a test account to send a reset password email.
The email address the link is sent from is: zohosupport-systemgenerated@zohosupport.com as such the user will need to check SPAM folder and also possibly with local IT to ensure the email is not being blocked by a local firewall rule.
