Template for API details request - Compass

For Scooter schools, the student information needs to be updated at the start of each academic year. The vast majority of our school uses an API process, which links the student management system with the library system so the new student information can just be sent through after it has been updated for the academic year.

For schools which use Compass as the student management system, there is certain information that must be provided by Compass. Please use the below details as an email template for getting this information from Compass.

Please note, the API process only needs to be setup once. When it is setup it can be used for all the coming years.

If you use another student management system, other than Compass, please contact Interleaf Technology for different instructions.

Email template for Compass

In relation to the importing of student data, can I please ask for the below email to be sent to the Compass support team looking after the API integration: eu-integrations@compass.education

Below is an email template for the request if you wish to use it.

We need API access for the following functionalities:

1. Student Data upload functionality to the Scooter Library Management System provided by Interleaf Technology.

Please provide the steps to obtain API access and any relevant documentation. Let us know if there are any prerequisites or forms we need to complete.
