How to reset Patron Category Expiry Date
How to reset Patron Category Expiry Date
This document explains how to reset Patron Category Expiry Date.
If you have set an Enrollment period that expires on an absolute date rather than giving an expiry date based on a number of months after registration you will need to reset the expiry date annually, otherwise all borrowers created with the Patron category in question will be deemed expired immediately..
To do this, go to the Administration page and select Patron Categories.

You will be presented with the list of all your Patron Categories and the Enrollment Period is displayed.

Click on the Edit button beside the Patron Category you wish to change.

Change the Until Date and Save.
